Ex-Norton factory, now specialising in the Norton 961 range

‘I have just had my Norton serviced and also some other work done at the same time. I cannot recommend Stuart highly enough, the bike looks better than when it left the factory. I was always kept up to date with videos throughout the stage of all work being carried out, which was a great touch’.
– Jonathan Millington
‘My bike runs better now than it did when new thanks to Mr Bodycote‘

‘Couldn’t recommend Stuart enough, his knowledge and expertise on Nortons is priceless. My bike come back from Stuart better in every way than when it left the factory. And to top it off he’s a 1st class gent. You can be safe in the knowledge that your pride and joy is with the best person there is! ‘

The world’s only dedicated
Donington-era Norton motorcycle
specialist….service, repair & refine
Just a run down of how things work with me and Motorvated, for those that haven’t been to me yet.
When the bike is on a lift, I remove the seat and tank, and carry out a visual health check. I then relay this to the customer, wherever possible, via video on WhatsApp. The health check usually takes me around 30min and the video is usually around 15-25 min long, with the longest so far being 34min long. I don’t charge for this.
During the video I will walk you around the bike as though you are by my side in the workshop, identifying concerns, explaining why it’s a concern and my recommendations etc. This is followed up with subsequent video and photo updates. Some customers have actually saved all this onto a memory stick to add to their service history!
I know this sounds cheesy and a cliché….but when I say I treat them like my own, I honestly do. I write off a lot of hours spent, simply because I want them right, along with the belief that a happy customer is a returning customer. Always aim to exceed expectations, and hopefully with that mindset, you’ll gain a customer for life
