Best service experience I’ve had for any bike

Aside from carrying out a full service on my Norton 961, sorting issues of varying magnitude and upgrading parts where necessary, Stu found and rectified defects I didn’t suspect. All backed up with excellent communication at every stage, just suggestions and discussions- no pressure, no nasty surprises. The bike arrived back renewed and the after service is also excellent with support and advice readily available. Approachable is exactly right and I doubt there are many as knowledgeable on the 961 as Stu.
I do a few bits & pieces myself and though it costs to ship the bike, I wouldn’t trust or consider anyone else for servicing or surgery.

The only one I would trust

Would highly recommend, absolutely the font of knowledge for all things Norton. Fantastic attention to detail, great coms on the work required and updates. Without question the only one I would trust with my pride and joy.
A good few months on now and I wanted to give Stuart a shout out again, I did my first 120 mile round trip on the Norton this week and it is transformed. My purchased from new 2020 961 always ran like a pig even after a dealer service (no names but they were supposed to be a Norton dealer) and I never trusted it. However since Stuart did his magic even on this long run it was transformed! Runs like a dream. Stuart really know his stuff!

Stu’s attention to detail Is unbelievable

Just got my bike back from stu it was in for a full service and a new set of shoes which was a cracking price. stu’s attention to detail Is unbelievable he ended up fully cleaning the entire bike to showroom standard and done bits to the bike that no other place you have ever done, let alone at no extra cost. I will 100% be bringing my bike back for any work that needs doing in the future. thanks again mate!

I new then my bike was in good hands

Took my commando 961 to Stuart, it wasn’t running and needed its first service, Stuart had the bike up and running pretty much as soon as he had taken it in. I was kept updated with videos and commentary, I new then my bike was in good hands, it was very much a personal service from start to finish. As well as the service and fix, Stuart updated various Chinese relays and sensors with superior Bosch parts. Us 961 owners – particularly the pre-TVS ‘Donnies’ are so lucky to have Stu to support us. Just had a major engine rebuild with a few improvements along the way and it is now running better than new I am so delighted with the quality of the work and he is such a likeable guy. Great attention to detail
